insomnia means the inability to obtain sufficient sleep so you can sleep it's just usually for a seriously little amount of time staying up until two in the morning and waking up late isn't insomnia, that's just your sleep schedule just so you know also my therapist says i may be developing chronic insomnia ?? i'm making effort to get to sleep but i just can't it's really hard
I always fall asleep at 2:00 in the morning I sometimes try to fall asleep earlier but I don't sleep even if I have to get up at 6:00 for school. But, is not that bad because I can stay up all night browsing DA and watching videos on YouTube.
